bk95 Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions (referred to hereinafter as the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between users of the bk95 platform (the website, mobile version, and all related services) and the bk95 authority. These Terms may be changed at any time and take effect as soon as the updated version is published.

bk95 is an online betting and casino platform offering sports betting, slot games, live casino, crash games, fishing games, and card games to users in Bangladesh. All services provided on the platform are governed by these Terms.

These Terms may be available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on the bk95 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. bk95 may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are not permitted. If multiple accounts are suspected, bk95 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, and any accumulated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete, and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure. If your information changes, you must notify bk95 immediately.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

• Never share your password with any third party.
• Log out at the end of each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the bk95 support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.

bk95 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a breach of account security, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by bk95's own negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bk95 accepts only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Payments in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. bk95 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at bk95, you will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making your total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If the bonus is not used before the wagering period expires, it will be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

In cases of bonus abuse (such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or exploiting the system), bk95 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and related winnings and to close the account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, bk95 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled according to the rules of the relevant sport. If a match or event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is generally refunded, unless the specific competition's rules state otherwise.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

All casino games are operated through a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game results are completely impartial and not predetermined. Players may stop playing at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk95 platform:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Using bots, automated software, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Inappropriate, offensive, or harassing behavior.
• Conducting transactions in the name of or on behalf of a third party.

If prohibited activities are identified, bk95 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit all deposits and winnings, and take legal action where applicable.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on a player's activity and participation on the platform. The criteria for reaching higher tiers are determined at the discretion of bk95. Cashback benefits are provided as bonuses and relevant wagering requirements may apply.

bk95 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Betting losses due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or errors with third-party payment methods.
• Account losses caused by the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

In the event of any service interruption or error, bk95 will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, under no circumstances will bk95's liability exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
